Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of brightn.us and purchases from brightN+ (the “Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and account information
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current billing, shipping, payment, and contact information and to keep your account credentials secure.
Products and wellness information
Product descriptions and educational content are provided for general informational purposes. Our products and statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on the Store is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you. Always follow the current product label.
Orders, prices, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or misuse of promotions. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.
Subscriptions
If you select Subscribe & Save, you authorize recurring charges at the price, frequency, and terms shown at checkout until you cancel. You can manage, skip, reschedule, or cancel future orders through your customer account or by contacting partners@brightn.us. Changes must be made before the next order is processed. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control. Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Approved refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the Store only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the Store, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse promotions, or infringe the rights of others. Store content, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and text belong to brightN+ or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Third-party services
The Store may use or link to services provided by Shopify, Recharge, payment providers, shipping carriers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, brightN+ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Store. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
